HEAT NETWORK REGULATIONS
The 2014 Heat Network Regulations affect all district heating, communal heating and cooling systems, requiring companies to monitor and report their heating and cooling costs, with direct metering also necessary for many applications. Under this legislation, organisations must supply information regarding the number, location and type of buildings and metered supplies in its estates – as well as its total supply figures – to the National Measurement Office (NMO).
